1. Organization and accounts
The organization is responsible for authorized users, employee communications, accurate configuration, applicable employment obligations, and a lawful basis for processing workforce data. Users must safeguard credentials. Administrators control invitations, roles, and access.
2. Employee information and privacy
Use only information required for workforce recognition. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal, financial, customer, or regulated information, including patient identifiers, protected health information, clinical notes, bank details, or passwords. Production data handling, retention, deletion, and security commitments are defined by the organization's signed agreement.
3. Points and rewards
Points are program units, not cash, wages, or guaranteed benefits unless an executed agreement expressly says otherwise. The organization owns its eligibility, budgets, reward approvals, fulfillment, tax treatment, expiration, corrections, and appeal processes. Avoid incentives that encourage unsafe speed, perfect attendance, excessive work, outcomes outside an individual's control, or suppressed incident reporting.
4. Workforce provider integrations
Workforce platform integrations require provider authorization, customer permission, an agreed data scope, secure server-side credentials, least privilege, and documented responsibilities. Third-party providers are independent of NyxCollective.
5. Acceptable use and ownership
NyxCollective retains its rights to the service and brand. The organization retains its rights to submitted data. Users may not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, upload malicious code, or use the service unlawfully.
6. Availability and liability
Availability, support, warranties, liability limits, indemnities, and termination are governed by an executed commercial agreement. This page is not a service-level commitment. Organization administrators should contact their NyxCollective account representative for support and agreement questions.
